- Upon securing your new client's business, you will learn and internalize the work your new client would like us to do for them. Once you do, you will assist us in managing the account by ensuring that the client's needs are met - especially in the beginning stages as the client and MyOnlineStaff are getting to know one another.
- Once the client is satisfied with our services, you will continue your relationship with the client ensuring 100% satisfaction with the work we are doing, suggest any additional areas we might be able to assist in either saving them money or by actually helping them make more money.
Qualifications for the Erie Account Representative:
- Background in sales or marketing - especially in B2B helpful and preferred, but not required for the right person

In sales, one of the most difficult aspects of the sales process is actually closing the sale, which requires convincing clients to part with some amount of money. Falling down on the job means that others will be sent into the same territory to further develop business there.
