What is Online Staffing?

• Employee Benefits:  Online Staff are generally paid as independent contractors, therefore employee benefits such as health, dental & retirement benefits, sick leave, vacation leave. are not applicable when using Online Staffing.
• Taxes:  Since Online Staff work as independent contractors, employee taxes are simply not applicable.  Paying your Online Staff is no different than paying your attorney or accountant (except in our case, of course, since we actually put money back in your pocket instead of taking it out, because our services are offered at a fraction of what you are paying now for your in-house employees!)
• Computer, Software, Etc.:  Think of it.  The actual cost of labor is only the beginning of the expenses when hiring an employee to work in your office.  First, you have to actually make room in your office since even the tidiest of employees still require at least some square footage in your office.  Then, after you have "expanded" your office by acquiring additional office space (or after you are finished carving out space in your already over-crowded office), then all of the additional expenses of providing them a desk, a computer, computer software, a phone, an internet connection, and so on!  If you add these expenses up, it's enough to make you rethink your "company expansion" all together!  However, with Online Staffing, you don't have to consider any of these expenses, because they are all borne by the Online Staffing Company.
• Overtime:  As far as we know, this benefit is unique to MyOnlineStaff.com.  Overtime?  Are you kidding?  Why would we charge you overtime?  Isn't that like penalizing our clients for giving us more business?  We are happy to provide you top-quality services for as many hours as you need us.
• Minimum/Maximum Working Hours:  Whether you hire an employee for a full-time or part-time position, that employee will still need some kind of reasonable expectation of what kind of hours they will work.  With your Online Staff, there is rarely a minimum, and there is, of course, no maximum.  We work with you on whatever amount of time you need from us.  Got a special project and need us to burn the midnight oil with you?  Just let us know, and we'll be ready!

• Employee Tardiness or Absenteeism:  You don't have to worry about employees not coming in, or coming in late due to weather problems, traffic delays, missed connections, etc.  With MyOnlineStaff.com, we provide you with triple-redundancy so that any challenges like that are ours to face, not yours.
• Training:  With a regular employee, there is always a learning curve involved while that employee is in training.  While it's fair to say that this is also true in most cases with Online Staff, it's highly likely that the learning curve will be far smaller - and in some cases even non-existent - with Online Staff, since we've probably already done many jobs very similar to yours.  Therefore, in most cases, training will likely be limited to any specific needs you might have that might be not customary for your type of project...things like getting to know your remaining in-house staff, getting to know you and how you want things done, learning software which you have specific needs for (e.g. software which is proprietary to your company), etc.
